Gifsy ("we", "us", "our") operates getgifsy.com and the Gifsy mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with service providers: Stripe (payments), Reloadly (gift card fulfillment), Supabase (secure storage). We may disclose when required by law.

By downloading the Gifsy app or using getgifsy.com, you agree to these Terms.
Gifsy lets you store and track gift cards, receive expiry reminders, auto-send gifts, and purchase digital gift cards. You must be 18 or older.
You are responsible for account security. Notify us of unauthorized access at hello@getgifsy.com.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Gifsy displays the data you provide and is not responsible for incorrect balances or expiry dates from inaccurate input.
AutoSend requires a valid payment method. We charge on the scheduled send date. Cancel or modify at any time before the send date in the app.
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Gift card fulfillment by Reloadly.
Gifsy is provided "as is." Liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction in question. We are not responsible for losses from expired cards you failed to use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

Email hello@getgifsy.com within 30 days with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
We will first attempt to replace a defective code within 48 hours. If unable to, we issue a full refund.
